The CCR&R program is part of a statewide network funded by the Florida Division of Early Learning.

There are no fees or costs associated with CCR&R services. If you are asked to make a payment for any CCR&R services, please call the Florida Division of Early Learning at (866) 357-3239. To locate a CCR&R program in another state, call Child Care Aware at 800-424-2426.

If you have concerns regarding your child’s care or wish to submit a complaint against a child care provider, our Child Care Resource & Referral staff can help you connect with the appropriate regulatory agency. All families receiving Child Care Resource and Referral services will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey to gauge your customer service experience with our office. All responses are anonymous and confidential and will not affect your services.
