Early learning is so much more than just daycare or babysitting! Early learning or early education is used to describe programs that provide education for children outside their own home before kindergarten. Parents are undeniably children’s first and most important teachers, but young children need meaningful learning opportunities to develop skills, a sense of self, and foundation for learning throughout life. Children who participate in early learning programs develop a love for learning, and the families benefit too!

At the Early Learning Coalition, we understand the importance of quality child care programs.
Find a program that is best suited to match your family’s needs by looking as far in advance as you can. Visit the facilities you are considering because choosing a child care provider, Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) provider, early education or after school program for your child is essential.
To help answer your questions and concerns about child care, Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) or other related topics and/or have information mailed to you, staff are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm at 321-219-6300.
