Young children need meaningful learning opportunities to develop skills, a strong sense of self, and a foundation for learning throughout life. High quality early learning programs offer activities and supports to promote each child’s physical, social and emotional development, as well as children’s cognitive development.

The purpose of the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is to develop and implement programs and services that increase access to high quality early learning for every child.

The aim of these programs is to ensure optimal child development by supporting parents in preparing their children for school, and providing professional development to early learning providers.
