The Coalition’s Board of Directors meets six times a year to conduct Coalition business. In between Board meetings, the Coalition has established six committees to design and manage all aspects of early learning, including but not limited to, the development/implementation of early learning strategies, operational policies and procedures, implementing administrative and programmatic requirements and more. Recommendations are brought forward to the full Board for final approval prior to implementation, with the exception of the Executive Committee who has been authorized by the Board to make decisions on the Coalition’s behalf in between Board meetings.
