The Proposer will provide Computer Performance Management, Cyber Security & Software Services. In an effort towards continuous quality improvement in the delivery of services, the Coalition is seeking a vendor that will assist in performance management, utilizing scorecards which track key performance indicators for all the departments of the Coalition.
